User Data Deletion Request

At PriceAm, we respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to request deletion of their personal information and account data.

Delete Your Account Within The App

Users can delete their account directly from the mobile application by navigating to:

Profile → Settings → Delete Account

Upon confirmation, your account will be scheduled for deletion.

Request Account Deletion By Email

If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request to:

Use the email subject:

• Registered Email Address
• Phone Number (if applicable)
• Your Full Name
• Reason for deletion (optional)

Processing Time

Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention obligations, dispute resolution requirements, security investigations, or legitimate business purposes.
